By accessing or using Favicon Forge ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Favicon Forge provides an online tool to generate favicon packs from uploaded images. The Service allows users to create multiple sizes of favicons (16x16 through 192x192 pixels) and download them as a ZIP file.
3. User Accounts and Credits
To generate favicon packs, you must create an account. Each generation consumes (5) credit. Credits can be purchased through our pricing page. Credits do not expire.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Upload images that infringe on intellectual property rights of others
- Upload malicious or harmful content
- Attempt to circumvent credit limits or payment systems
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
5. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of images you upload. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your images solely for providing the favicon generation service. We do not claim ownership of your generated favicons.
6. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Favicon Forge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
